Zenesa Tech · 3720 Southwest Fwy, Houston, TX 77098

Zenesa Tech designs and builds websites for businesses in Houston from our office on Southwest Freeway, a few minutes from Greenway Plaza. We are a working design and development studio rather than a reseller: the same team handles the design, the build, the copy structure and the search work that follows launch.

Most of the businesses that come to us are in one of two situations. Either they have never had a site that generates enquiries and are starting from nothing, or they have a site that was built years ago, has drifted out of date, and now costs them credibility every time a prospect looks it up. Both are ordinary problems with straightforward answers.

What we build

Business and lead-generation websites

The majority of our Houston work is a site whose job is to turn search traffic and referrals into phone calls and form submissions. That means clear service pages, fast loading on a phone, and a contact path that is obvious from every page. Our website design and development page sets out how a project runs from first brief through to launch.

Ecommerce and online ordering

If you are selling rather than enquiring, the work shifts. Product data, variants, tax and shipping rules and payment handling all have to be correct on the very first real order. We would rather scope that properly at the start than retrofit it later, so tell us early if selling online is on the roadmap even when it is not in this budget.

Brand identity

New businesses frequently need the logo before the website, and it is worth doing in that order — the identity determines the colours, type and tone the site is built around. Our logo and brand identity service covers that groundwork.

Mobile apps

Some projects genuinely need an app rather than a website: repeat bookings, field teams, membership products. We build for iOS and Android, and the honest advice is that a great deal of what people ask an app for is better served by a good mobile website. Details are on the mobile app development page.

How a project usually runs

  • Brief and scope. A call to establish what the site has to achieve, who it is talking to, and what it must connect to. You get a written scope and a fixed figure before anything starts.
  • Structure. We agree the page list and what each page is for, before any visual design. This is the stage that saves the most money later.
  • Design. Key page designs for approval, with revision rounds included in the quote so there are no surprises.
  • Build and content. Development, content loading, and the technical groundwork — titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap — that lets the site be found once it is live.
  • Launch and after. Testing across devices, handover of everything you own, and an agreed plan for who makes changes from here.

A Houston office and a team that keeps working

Zenesa Tech works from four offices: Houston, London, Karachi and Box Hill in Victoria. The practical effect for a Houston client is that work continues outside Central Time business hours. A set of revisions sent on Tuesday afternoon is frequently ready to review on Wednesday morning. Your point of contact stays the same regardless of who is doing the work.

What it costs

Our package pricing is listed in full on the pricing page, and anything outside those packages is quoted against a written scope. If you are still at the stage of comparing quotes and want to understand why two agencies can price the same brief very differently, we wrote a detailed breakdown of what a business website really costs in Houston — including the post-launch costs that incomplete quotes leave out.

Common questions

How long does a Houston website project take?

A standard business site usually runs four to eight weeks from approved brief to launch. The build itself is rarely the bottleneck — the schedule is normally set by how quickly copy, images and feedback come back from your side.

Do I have to be in Houston to work with Zenesa Tech?

No. Our Houston office is on Southwest Freeway and we work with clients across Texas and the wider United States, as well as the UK and Australia. Most projects run over calls, email and shared documents, with in-person meetings when a client wants them.

Will I own my website when it is finished?

Yes. You should own your domain, your hosting account and the finished files, and we set projects up that way. Ask any agency you are comparing to confirm the same thing in writing before you sign.

Can you redesign an existing site rather than start over?

Often, yes. If the current platform is sound and the content is worth keeping, a redesign is usually cheaper and safer than a rebuild. We will tell you honestly which of the two your site needs after looking at it.
