Web Design Company in Karachi

Zenesa Tech · Office No 402, 63c 21st Commercial Street, DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi

Zenesa Tech designs and builds websites from a studio in DHA Phase 2 Extension, a few streets from the 26th Street commercial strip. Karachi has no shortage of people who will build you a website; what is harder to find is a team that will tell you what the site is supposed to achieve before anyone opens a design tool, and that is still reachable six months after launch when you need something changed.

We work on both sides of the same business: the design and development, and the search and marketing work that decides whether anybody ever sees the result. That matters more here than it sounds. A very large share of the sites we are asked to fix were built competently and then left with no titles, no descriptions, no structured data and no plan for content — which is a good website nobody can find.

Who we build for in Karachi

Businesses that need enquiries, not a brochure

Trading companies, clinics, consultancies, schools and service firms mostly need the same thing: pages that explain each service clearly, load quickly on a mid-range Android phone over a patchy mobile connection, and make the next step obvious. Our website design and development page covers how a build runs from brief to launch.

Retailers moving online

Selling online is a different project from a brochure site and should be budgeted as one. Product data, variants, delivery charges by city, returns handling and payment integration all have to be right before the first real order, not after it. If online selling is anywhere on your two-year plan, say so at the briefing stage even if it is not in this budget — it changes how we structure the site now and saves a rebuild later.

New businesses starting from a name

If you do not yet have an identity, do that first. The logo, colour palette and type decide what the website is built around, so doing it the other way round means paying twice. Our logo and brand identity service is where that starts, and for businesses trading into the United States our trademark filing support covers protecting the name once you have settled on it.

Products that genuinely need an app

Repeat bookings, delivery fleets, field teams and membership products often do justify an app. A great deal of what people ask an app for, though, is served better and far more cheaply by a good mobile website that nobody has to install. We will say which one your idea actually needs — the mobile app development page sets out how those projects run.

How a project runs

  • Brief and written scope. A call to establish what the site must achieve, who it speaks to and what it connects to, followed by a written scope and a fixed figure before work begins.
  • Page structure first. We agree the page list and the purpose of each page before any visual design. Skipping this is the single most expensive mistake in a web project.
  • Design and approval. Key screens for sign-off, with the revision rounds included in the quote so there is nothing to argue about later.
  • Build, content and the technical groundwork. Development, content loading, and the titles, meta descriptions, structured data and sitemap that let the site be indexed properly from day one.
  • Launch and handover. Testing on real devices, handover of the domain, hosting and files — all of which should be in your name — and an agreed answer to who makes changes from here.

What it costs, honestly

Website quotes in Karachi range from a few thousand rupees to several hundred thousand, and the spread is real rather than a sign that someone is overcharging. A three-page static site and a ten-page site with an enquiry system, a booking flow and a payment gateway are simply not the same job.

Our own published packages are on the pricing page and are quoted in US dollars, because the majority of our work is for clients in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. Anything outside those packages is priced against a written scope. The useful thing you can do before speaking to anyone is to decide what the site has to do and what you can spend; tell us both and we will say plainly what is achievable, rather than quoting for a specification nobody has written down.

Whoever you end up hiring, compare quotes on the same three points: what is included after launch, who owns the domain and hosting, and whether search groundwork is part of the build or an upsell later. We set out the same reasoning in more detail in our breakdown of what a business website really costs, which applies wherever you are based even though the figures in it are American.

Working with a four-office team

Zenesa Tech works from Karachi, Houston, London and Box Hill in Victoria. For a Karachi client the practical effect is that design and development happen in your own time zone and your own working week, while the account and support side covers hours well beyond it. Your point of contact does not change depending on who is doing the work.

Common questions

Where is your Karachi office?

Office No 402, 63c 21st Commercial Street, DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi. It sits in the DHA commercial belt, so it is a straightforward trip from Clifton, Zamzama and the wider Defence area if you would rather meet in person than work over calls.

What does a website cost in Karachi?

It depends almost entirely on the page count and on whether the site simply presents your business or has to sell, book or integrate with something. Our published packages are listed in US dollars because most of our work is for clients abroad, and anything outside them is quoted against a written scope. Tell us the budget you have in mind and we will say honestly what is achievable within it rather than quote blind.

Can you build a site that accepts payments in Pakistan?

Yes. Local card and wallet payments need a merchant account and a gateway integration, and that approval process is usually the longest part of the schedule rather than the development. Start the paperwork as soon as the project is agreed so it is not the thing holding up your launch.

Do you work with businesses outside Karachi?

Yes. Zenesa Tech also has offices in Houston, London and Box Hill in Victoria, and the Karachi studio works with clients in Lahore, Islamabad and abroad. Projects run over calls, email and shared documents, with in-person meetings for clients who want them.

How long does a website take to build?

A standard business site is normally four to eight weeks from an approved brief to launch, and an ecommerce build longer because of product data and payment testing. The usual delay is not development but waiting on content, photography and approvals from the client side.

Finished work is in our portfolio, and if the problem is traffic rather than the site itself, our digital marketing services pick up where a build finishes. If you would like to compare notes on our American office first, we have a separate page for web design in Houston.
